"I had a frustrating time..."
I had a frustrating time trying to use the site, especially once I got to checkout. The pages felt confusing and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next. It also kind of felt like my experience didn’t really matter, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I ordered from aaawave.com the item itself was fine once it finally showed up. But the shipping felt really slow. Maybe I just assumed it would come faster because the website made it seem that way, so that’s kind of on me, but also not really because they should be clearer about it.

I kept checking the tracking like it was going to magically change, and for a few days there was barely anything happening. It wasn’t some total disaster or anything, since I did get what I ordered, but the waiting got annoying enough that I’d probably hesitate before ordering again.

"Tracking could’ve been better"
My order did show up in the end, so I’m not going to say the whole experience was terrible. But the tracking was frustrating — it barely updated, and for a few days I had no idea where my package actually was. Support did get back to me, but the reply took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, I’m glad it arrived, but the communication and tracking definitely need improvement.

I reached out to customer service about my order, and they did eventually get back to me. It wasn’t the quickest response, and the first answer only helped with most of the issue, so I had to follow up once. Overall, it got handled, but I’d say the support was average, not terrible, just nothing special

I ordered from aaawave.com and expected the install part to be a little more annoying than it was. I’ve run into confusing guides on other sites before, so I was kind of prepared to figure things out on my own, but their instructions were actually clear and easy to follow.

I did have one small question during the process, and they got back to me quickly. After following the steps, everything worked fine, so it ended up being a much smoother experience than I expected.

"Honestly, support was useless"
I reached out to tech support thinking they’d at least try to help, but nope, I basically got ignored. Such a frustrating waste of time. I was so annoyed I just gave up.

When I have to hunt around for basic reassurance, I start second-guessing the whole thing.

I ordered from AAAWAVE and ended up needing to return one of the items. The return process wasn’t difficult, but it did feel like it dragged on a bit, especially because I had to wait for responses along the way. The refund did come through in the end, which I appreciated, but I think the instructions could’ve been clearer from the beginning. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I was left feeling like it could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Availability felt misleading"
